Prayer/positive energy request

Praying for you, aephi alum.

I've been diagnosed with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy. Luckily, my seizures seem to only be triggered by sleep deprivation (something that is easy to control - I just have to sleep!) and I seem to have a fairly mild case. Nevertheless, I've been put on medication - and there's a good chance I'll be on medication for the rest of my life.

I'm trying to remember that things happen for a reason, but I'm having a really hard time dealing with this. I hate to ask, but I would appreciate prayers, good vibes, positive energy, anything.
