Does your GLO *require* school recognition?
After reading about the situation at Georgetown University and at Harvard, I'm beginning to wonder how unusual that it is that for an Alpha Phi Omega chapter to exist, there *much* be a recognition by the school for Alpha Phi Omega as at Student Organization. Yes, I know we are a service fraternity, but I didn't think that was what separated us in that regard
Harvard has Alpha Epsilon Pi, Sigma Chi, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Kappa Alpha Theta, Kappa Kappa Gamma, and Delta Gamma all officially unrecognized,
Georgetown has several NIC (which are chartered to Georgetown although unrecognized) and a good number of the NPHC (which are shared with other campuses in DC).
So are there any NIC/NPC/NPHC GLOs that specifically require school recognition?
