I think that recruitment is a valuable interviewing experience, and you'll learn a lot that you can take with you as you interview for grad school/jobs. I personally don't think that a senior without sorority connections has a shot in hell, but I'm sure there are exceptions. One thing is for certain: you will not know unless you give it a try. Register for recruitment and remain open minded through the end.
