I'm in ny so it may work differently but usually theres 2 different recruitment times Fall and Spring. You should check out Spring 2013 recruitment. I was a Fall 10 recruit. To the OP, please be advised that this post reflects only the circumstances of this person's organization on her campus. Most campuses/chapters do not "usually" hold recruitment both semesters.
