Definately job stability is a thing of the past. The days of loyalty are long gone. I remember my dad telling me back in the day if you worked for a company 10-15 years you didn't have anything to worry about but now I heard of a guy who worked for a company 18 years, was one of the their best employees and he got let go to his dismay. It's scary if you think about it. Nowadays I don't think, man, I want to make $100K before I turn 30. Now I think, man, will I have a job when I turn 30.
