^^^I know we're trying to be reassuring here, but I wouldn't get crazy with the whole "chapters prefer juniors over sophomores" thing, though. This is USC we're talking about. Yes, juniors do get bids, but the advantage is with the freshmen.
With that said, I find that with being an upperclassman, the "who you know" factor is important.
