I'm not saying Tri-Delta should do this, but it was my first thought......

The Alpha Rho chapter of Phi Sigma Pi lost a new member during the VT shooting just weeks before initiation. The chapter voted (& it was approved by NH) to have her big go through the initiation ritual in her place. She was posthumously initiated and buried in a set of letters.
