While there is technically no age minimum as long as a college aspirant fits the criteria, our aspirants and applicants are women (or young women) and not girls. Just like NPHC fraternity aspirants and applicants are men (or young men) and not boys. Generally, you all would probably be hesitant to refer to them as boys in such a context.
