The only difference is that Alpha Phi started with a house. They rented/rent the Sigma Delta Tau house, which is lovely (gorgeous wrought iron with a New Orleans feel to the house). I don't know if they have purchased the house from SDT or not.
Delta Gamma will not have an actual house from which to colonize. The house is scheduled to be completed for recruitment 2012.
Also UA's sorority row is actually being expanded. DG will be one of 4 sororities with new housing. The university is currently tearing down 3 old dorms, which will be replaced with a street extension and new housing for
Delta Delta Delta, Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Delta Pi and DG.
