I'm totally with you on the talking on the cell phone in the library. Last week I was at my local public library picking up a book at the main desk. A woman was talking on her phone inside one of the glassed in "quiet" rooms with the door open at least 100 feet away from that desk, and we all got the full blast of her "private" conversation. . Sometimes you've gotta fight fire with fire (i.e. meet rude behavior with more rude behavior) - I might have barked, "WOULD YOU CLOSE THE DOOR" loudly as I was slamming the door closed...ha ha ha ha!!!
