New KD House at Tennessee - Chattanooga

Please pardon the crash. An article with pics (in a slide show, either flash or non-flash available) about the new KD house (or lodge) at Tennessee-Chattanooga:

The article mentions safety features, decor, "green" features, etc. The multiple pics show an attractive, homelike new place.

Question: who gets to dust / wash all those faceted pieces of the chandelier in one of the pics?

Or is that strictly chapter business -- more exactly, standards board business? Just kidding.
