Possible Philanthrophy Event

Hi, Just wanted comments about a an event I was thinking about:

It would be going off the duck tape prom scholarship contest, but it would be a contest to design an clothing that displays university or greek spirit, This would be based on the 16 week school semester with the 16th week being finals week

1. Sign Up would go on from Mon-Fri on the 9th week of school
2. Designing would go on for a month from the 10th-13th week, at which point a photo is due on the friday of the 13th week
3. It would culminate in a judged walk off of the creations, during the fri of the 14th week.
4. Judging would be done by voting of the audience. Pennies would be positive and silver and dollars would be negative. Who ever has the most wins.
5. Top three places would be announced and the winner win a portion of the money
6. It would be done is pairs.
