BraveMaroon- you are a great storyteller. I love how you focused in on the pertinent info that we needed to know, all the while remaining witty and throwing in some wonderful early 90s flashbacks. I rushed in 92 so I could relate with many of the fabulous aspects that you mentioned, particularly the white panty hose ! aaak! What were we thinking!
No doubt this will be a thread that gets bumped every recruitment season. You demonstrated an ability to hold your head high amidst getting dropped by some chapter yet also allowed us to see an honest side of your disapointment as well. IMHO this is what "brutally honest" means- being able to be honest with your OWN shortcomings instead of everyone else's. Too bad so many other recruitment writers can't see that.
