Many of them don't understand the MUTUAL part of it. They think they're just "picking a sorority" or "picking the ones they like" when they make their ranked lists. Not so.
I think most are so caught up in recruitment that it's hard to settle down and actually think at the end of the day when they're ranking and, in theory, listening to their Pi Chis/Gamma Chis/ whatev.

Although there are some that you explain the whole process in depth and they'd still not have a clue.
