I am sure that the answers to those questions will be forthcoming from the national president, most likely via the website. She is very aware of and concerned about all of the problems and is working on them with the executive director for expedient and fair resolutions.
Some of us will also have to be prepared for the fact that not all of the problems are the result of the bad code. Even if accomodations are offered, there could be legitimate reasons why someone's registration did not go through. An example may be that in the case of some neophyte lines, all of the required paperwork for completing membership intake was not submitted by the chapter.
