@the bolded: Because that's exactly what I was told!
My friends all wanted to try it, but I didn't. They were trying to convince me, saying it wasn't like smoking cigarettes. Even the shop owner said, "There's almost no nicotine in it--it's really more like flavored steam." That's what convinced me to do it.
I had no clue that wasn't true and I'm very glad I only did it the one time (I didn't like it much).
