Need to leave early for a day of recruitment? Advice??

Hey everyone..
I'll be a sophomore transfer rushing at the University of Arizona, and I already know that being a sophomore might work against me. I need to leave early during a day of set one because I have a job that I absolutely cannot get out of. The schedule says it's supposed to go from 8 AM-7 PM and I need to leave at 4:30 PM. I'm worried that I will miss a chance to visit some ideal houses! I asked a greek leader and she said I could do something called "speed rushing" for set one. What does that mean, and who can I talk to so that I can do speed rush? Also, will this work against me? Sorry, I'm new at all of this.

Thanks!
