Yup, that one incident was significant, but even if that fraternity chapter isn't on the campus, that still doesn't mesh with all of them being gone...
I did find a link from the UMES to
http://www.nphcatumes.org , but most of the links from there were either to the same place or broken, except the Qs, whose website
http://www.piepsilonques.org/ does show a line as recent as 2008. Whether that line was known by the administration, who knows...
