There are many things that can "go wrong" with this plan. Three that I can think of off the top of my head:
1. There is no guarantee that the sorority she likes will extend an invitation to prefs and she could be completely cross cut.
2. The sororities she's mean to may have very low return rates and end up having to extend an invitation to prefs to everyone. (This doesn't always happen but it happens often enough with struggling chapters especially if they are under pressure of losing their charter for numbers reasons.)
3. The sorority she likes hears about her rudeness to the other chapters. She gets cross cut for being a bitch.
