she needs to let HQs know that she is transferring to the other school. there may be a form to fill out, and then when she goes to her new school, she needs to contact the chapter president and let them know she is a member. We had a sister transfer to our chapter, and there was no criteria for her joining our chapter. Once you're a member, i believe you're a member at any chapter. it is ultimately up to the woman whether she believes she fits in and wants to continue her membership as an undergrad or to do the non-continuing road, where she pays her dues to HQs while in school, and then, upon graduation, becomes an alum.
