A few weeks ago at a frat party, I met some sorority sisters and had a great time. I never would have seen myself in a sorority, but now I am seriously considering rushing next year. I thought about it a lot, and joining a sorority seems like it could prove to be a really great experience. However, I don't think I want to join the sorority I have been spending a lot of time with. However, I also am afraid I wouldn't get a bid or actually be able to get along with girls in another sorority (I'm really shy and often feel like people are judging me.) I really want to rush, though. It is a problem, because I told the one sorority that I was probably going to try to join next year. Would it be terrible to join a different sorority after already saying I'd join theirs?
