Arrest

Crashing in....
TV, late morning newscast in LA, announced an arrest in this horrible matter.
Report was sketchy, said the driver, a woman, was arrested.
Further details are to come later today.
I can't/or don't how to post attachments, there is a sketchy AP story online.
