ok thanks for all the advice, the answers that were given were clear and helped a little. But on another note, if more info is needed in regards to this concern (in your honest opinion) should a letter be sent to the org asking this question? Because i know my bestie has been emailing and calling everyone she could get contact info for and she still was not able to actually speak to someone.
