I never saw it as disrespectful, but I usually don't refer to older members using the term, Frat. Only brothers in my age category or slightly older. In Illinois, I have notice more Bros using Frat, Bro, or Brother, instead of Bruh. I might have used the last one a time or two. Guilty.
