You will rank everyone. If you can return to 3, you will list your top 4 as #1 and your bottom 2 in order of preference:
1. A
1. B
1. C
1. D
2. E
3. F
Then you will get your invite list back. Whether E or F end up on your list depends on how many of your top 4 invite you back. For example, if only 2 of your top 4 invite you back, E & F will get placed on your list to fill in your schedule (unless they chose not to invite you back).
Regardless, you should rank EVERYONE, because you're maximizing your options. You don't want to leave a chapter off of your list early on, because that puts you in a bad spot if other chapters don't invite you back.
