I can agree somewhat here. I'm from a town near Bloomington, and go to school only an hour away. While ALL of the houses look awesome from the outside, I just recently visited the Lambda Chi house at IU on Monday. While it is a nice house inside and out, it is obviously lived in by 40 guys!
