Where do I start?

Ok, now that I know there are Fraternities at CSU, MB but the ones that are there/will be next year, aren't exactly want I was hoping for. One is a Hispanic and the other is a Honor/Extention. Not that I have anything against them, they're just not what I'm looking for.

So.......
Where do I begin?? How do I go about starting a new Fraternity or the equiviliant? Any websites, books, etc that you can recommend to me?
