And no NPC group is going to go on a campus where the majority of NPC groups do NOT want expansion. I feel pretty secure in saying that - it is WAY too much time and money to establish a chapter if you don't have at least the nominal support of other NPCs.

I think it's rather hilarious that a guy who just joined his fraternity is questioning a someone who's served her sorority at the national leadership level. Denise, weren't you Director of Extension? I swear I remember seeing that in your signature at one point.
