Please help!!!
Hey ladies, i have a question for any of y'all who have a campus with four or fewer Panhellenic sororities. I am the new panhellenic president at my school, and we are dealing with a panhellenic mess. our formal recruitment rules are a disaster. Totally outdated and because of this AxiD has been having terrible recruitments the last few years because we tend to go by rules that the other sorority "forgets"
. It has been a problem but we have not had a panhellenic that has known the rules and inforced them. I have decided that enough is enough.
I have been talking to my AxiD area advisor as well as the panhellenic advisor for help, but what i really need is an example of formal recruitment/standing rules that we can use as a guide.
If anyone can be of any help it would be a life saver because we are kind of stuck.
