Unless it's after the Old South and they are firing it at sun rise.
I know I heard it at our hotel, which is blocks from the house, so I can imagine what it sounded like for the nearby neighbors!!
Also, during the presentation of the Belles, they kept firing that cannon, and everytime, not only did I almost jump out of my skin, but all the car alarms in the vicinity went off!!
