I'll leave it to the Green Book experts to give you the back up you need, but still...

If this chick is screaming technicalities to save her ass, she might not be the right person for the Rho Chi and EC jobs. Disaffiliation = not wearing letters. It's not rocket science.

I'd get a new Rho Chi.
