Rape Victim Asks for Help on YouTube

So allegedly, a young teenage girl named Crystal is a rape victim and decided to use YouTube as a tool to reach out for help. I'm not going to act like her situation never happened or that she is trying to seek out attention for herself, but I won't be so naive as to question her motivation for posting her "story".

Should Crystal's plea be taken seriously or is she starved for "Most Views"?

I'm pretty sure we all need to "vent" from time to time, but I don't think that YouTube should serve as a substitute for a counselor/trusted adult in a situation that involves something as serious as this.
