I am sure older students do make a great asset but some schools just are not accepting of that. Maybe someday in the future.

Understood (interestingly enough, I wasnt initiated at UTSA, just transferred there from another more traditional university). I might have been a bitharsh on AXOWHoa, I had a few drinkas in me... Seriously tho. Even at A&M, as is everywhere, the demographics are changing. Yeah at UTSA, or other metropolitan universities, we are the first to see that shift. It is happening natioonwide. As greeks we better be prepeared to adapt, or dissapear. There are enough factors threatining ourr existance without our help internally. At my ritual, I didnt take any oaths in respect to soemones age. Just to attract new members. If soemone doesnt fit, they dont fit, but I would hope that everyone would be given the same consideration and due process during recruitment. Dont wanna pass up a diamond in the rough.
