It's really hard to say what any random chapter is going to think about anything BUT, here's how I would look at it (if I was deciding your fate): Highschool is tough for a lot of girls who are in that awkward stage, and then they get to college and shine. Also, the fact that you brought your grades UP your freshman year of college proves that you are capable, and know what it takes to survive college.
Ok, that ended up being pretty random rambling, but I'll just say that as long as you're not going to a SUPERcompetitve school where sophomores have a hard time getting a bid anyway, you should be fine.
