Turtling ceremony HELP NEEDED!

Hey y'all,
As some of you may have been following on another thread, I'm a new advisor to the ADD chapter at George Mason University. They've never heard of Turtling, and I know I was inititated as a turtle when I went to Sectionals, but I can't remember anything about the ceremony or how it relates to A Phi O. I just remember being THRILLED to have been asked to be one.

I would love to introduce this to the chapter here....can someone PLEASE PM me with the ceremony and the significance of it to A Phi O so I can pass this on to the brothers of ADD???
PM me here or at gmuaphioadvisor@yahoo.com
Thanks a million!
