I understand it from that perspective, but psychologically there can be some major expectations if you're a Junior, etc. That said, in my family our middle names are family names, mine for my grandfather, my sister for my grandmother, my brother for my other grandfather and my youngest brother for my dad. But (except for my Nonna pressuring us to name a great-grandkid after her) there's not that expecation in my family and we don't duplicate names. So I'm speaking from my experience.
I like her names in general, and Harry naming his kids Lily, James, and Albus Severus isn't the same as twin naming his son after his dead brother. It sets off warning bells.
