Man you have to respect his gangsta! Not only did he write the letter he cc'd all the correct people on it.

Clearly this isn't his first encounter with this young man. Sounds like he's been thumbing his nose at the system and doesn't realize he's now 18 and its a different set of rules now. Mom should have been this concerned BEFORE he got to this point.
