I'm from the midwest, and at least at my school, there are no problems whatsoever with different ethnicities. Although my school is really diverse anyway. Race or culture isn't even thought of when considering a PNM, we look at their personality, not their skin color.
We do have a strong BGLO here, but that doesn't affect who we consider. If a girl is interested in us, she always has a fair chance regardless of ethinicity.
