I just wondered what officer position your fraternity/sorority has and their roles. In my chapter it is as follows:
Executive Officers:
President, Vice Pres. of Membership (coordinates alumni relations and member services), Vice Pres. of Service (coord. our service program for the year), Secretary, Treasurer, Sgt at Arms, Pledgemaster, Fellowship chair (coordinates formals, mixers, and parties)
Lesser Offices:
Publicity Chair (newsletters and advertising), Scouting Rep. (coord. Scouting program), Historian, Intermural Rep., Interchapter Rep., Webmaster, and Member-at-Large.
