Have you driven anyone crazy?

I posted an earlier thread about driving pet peeves.

The new question is have you ever made anyone really mad at the way you drive?

Recently, I was at a stop light and when I reached down to pick up a CD off of the floor, by mistake I took my foot off of the clutch and the car took off into the car in front of me.

There was no damage. I got out to apologize, but the crazy thing was we were on a gravel road (construction) and I ended up in front of the same car I just bumped. To make a long story short, I wasn't paying attention (talking on my cell phone ) and a car stopped in front of me, so I slammed on the brakes, sliding toward the car in front of me almost bumping him. I finally came to a stop, but the car behind me was sliding toward me. No accident thank God. I was so embarrassed.

The lady in back of me was SO mad. I couldn't blame her.
