Bad News for Kappas....
It breaks my heart to report this cause I love KAPsi...

Five members of Kappa Alpha Psi at the FAMU chapter were charged with violation of new Hazing Laws.

They plead No-Contest and got probation w/ no jail time. Their records will be clean when (not if) they complete probation.
