The best thing to do is to get permission from student life for your campus to open for expansion for NPC sororities, and then go from there as far as what sororities send you info showing they are interested. Like OTW said, the only people qualified to answer that are expansion directors or national officers, and I will personally give each and every GCer a million dollars if any of them actually answer your question in a public forum.

Pigeonholing sororities (i.e. they're southern, they're commuter school, or anything else) is not good form.
