I'm sure they will reopen SW Mizzo St. soon, we closed them down in GA '02. Its been four years and they still own a great house there. The chapter burned a lot a bridges there risk management wise, thats why we voted to shut them down. They went from being featured in C&C as a phoenix chapter, to the complete opposite.
EM1843, boz130, Mooch279 you all had great ideas for chapters I would like to see open. Another to add in Florida I would say is Florida Gulf Coast U, it has a very young greek system there. I think Lambda Chi would be a good fit there.
