WVU Beta chapter suspended

West Virginia University's Beta Theta Pi chapter has been suspended and its house condemned. The house failed to meet fire code and was overcrowded during a party where alcohol was being served. Beta also failed to register their party and is supposed to be a dry house, according to the article.
