I've read through the rest of the site, and I can't decide who is crazier; The students for obsessing over every minute detail of their HS transcripts, or the parents for obsessing over every single college ranking in
US News and World Report. After reading some of the forums on the website I wanted to grab some of the children and shake them while saying "Calm Down! It's not that damn serious! Breathe!", and after I read through the parents' forums, seriously wanted to slap some of the parents for micromanaging the children's lives to such a high degree. I never believed how lucky I was to have a mother that did not interfere with my college selection process, except to say when a school was too costly or too far away from my hometown.
