I dated a Korean girl in high school, but that was high school. Now? I haven't dated outside of my race. Actually I haven't dated at all. LOL.
My schedule is too hectic.
As far as the Frat, I've never seen a fraternity brother date outside of his race. I'm sure there are some, I just haven't run across any.
