Thank god Burr Patt if this is true as, Master of Design were screw ups and made crap!
The reason that Some GLos left IFC National left is because they felt they were getting to Political and doning nothing for NICs in particular.
IFC National it was felt was trying to dictate to the ones who made up the Organization and told them to stick it!
Actually, I think they were right in doing so and Hope Others look at it and either change it or get out also.
Locals are governed by the Local IFC which is covered by the College and will not change unless there are changes that The Colleges will go along with.
