A good friend of mine, who I considered just a friend until this summer, finally fessed up to liking me in "that" way this year, but only after a little liquid courage. I asked him again when he was sober, and the opinion hadn't changed. Perhaps it is a bit of a "removed reservations" thing. Ask him in the morning after a couple of tylenol.
