I watched a show on A& E yesterday called "House Flipping" or Flip that house or something like that. The owner of a real estate development corp in Charleston, SC was an alumnus of Clemson and Sigma Nu Fraternity. He went back to Clemson and to the Sigma Nu house when he bought some apartments there to turn into condos. His neice was a "sorority girl" there and he was going to let her and some of her sorority sisters live in one of the condo groups as a kind of sorority house.

As I watched several sterotypical moments I thought....ooohhh the ladies on GC are not going to like this! LOL He kept talking about the sorority girls and how they were going to be great sales people to get the fraternity guys to come over and buy one of the condos. Then he had one of his assistants who never went to college spend an evening with the girls doing, in the words of one of the sisters "rush, pledging and initiation in one night". They put crazy make-up on her, made her drink and lot and do crazy stuff like ask a boy for a kiss
