hi, i'm sorry if this has bene posted before, I am new to greekchat. i go to a smaller PA state school as as of last semester my sorority is the only local left (there are 6 NPC's in addition to us) We are also the oldest sorority on campus.
Recruitment is always a struggle, we don't have what you might call a "close" greek community" basically, there is alot of trash talking, and being local gives others a little more fuel for the fire.
We are also a small organization (I am president, as well as recruitment chair) and we are currently running into a few problems...namely we have alot of newer sisters who've never gone through recruitment on this side, and I am planning a workshop so we can go over what to say/not to say/ how to answer the "well what can you offer me since i cant get job contacts" horrible question that we are guarenteed to ask?
